1. Service Description

Mindivo is an AI-assisted relationship notebook. Based solely on the observations, notes, and conversation excerpts you choose to provide, Mindivo helps you:

• Organize your own understanding of people who matter to you
• Decode possible meanings of messages they have sent you
• Rehearse difficult conversations through AI-simulated dialogue
• Reflect on real-world interactions and refine your notes

All AI outputs are inferences generated from inputs you supply. Mindivo does not collect, scrape, or analyze information about third parties from any external source, social platform, or public record.

2. User Responsibilities

Because Mindivo generates outputs solely from inputs you choose to provide, you — not Mindivo — are the party responsible for what is entered into the service and for how any outputs are used. When using Mindivo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information when creating notes or character profiles
• Ensure you have a lawful basis to process any information you input about other persons, under applicable privacy, data-protection, defamation, and confidentiality laws of your jurisdiction
• Refrain from inputting confidential, legally privileged, or otherwise restricted information about others that you have no authority to process
• Treat AI outputs as your own private reflections — not as factual statements, evidence, or determinations about any real person
• Not use the service to impersonate real individuals without consent, or to present AI-simulated outputs to others as actual statements or established intentions of real persons
• Not generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Not use the service for fraudulent purposes or to deceive others
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Mindivo to:

• Pursue any unlawful purpose under the laws applicable to you
• Create profiles of minors or generate inappropriate content involving children
• Generate sexually explicit, violent, or graphic content
• Harass, stalk, or threaten any person
• Manipulate, coerce, gaslight, or psychologically harm any person based on outputs from the service
• Present AI outputs as factual statements, evidence, or accusations against any real person, or share them with the subject or third parties for such purposes
• Violate any person's privacy or publicity rights
• Spread misinformation or engage in deceptive practices
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models
• Sell, license, resell, publicly redistribute, or otherwise commercialize AI-generated outputs, in whole or in part

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the descriptions and inputs you provide to Mindivo.

Generated Content: AI-generated character profiles and conversation outputs are provided to you under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell, license, sublicense, publicly redistribute, or otherwise commercialize these outputs, nor use them to train other AI systems.

Our Service: All rights, title, and interest in Mindivo, including our AI models, technology, and branding, remain our exclusive property.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: All AI outputs in Mindivo are inferences generated from inputs you provide. They are not investigations, assessments, or factual statements about any real person.

• Decoded meanings of messages are interpretive guesses, not verified intent of the sender
• Rehearsed dialogues are AI simulations; they do not predict how the real person would actually respond
• Profile summaries reflect only your own notes, filtered through an AI model — not the actual person

Mindivo does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of generated content. You should exercise independent judgment and never treat outputs as conclusions about, or evidence against, any real individual.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of Mindivo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data as described in that policy to provide and improve our services.

7. Account Terms

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

8. Payment and Refunds

If you purchase a paid subscription or service:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindivo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you submit to the service
• Any claim by a third party relating to information about them that you input into Mindivo, including claims under privacy, data-protection, defamation, or confidentiality laws

Because Mindivo processes only the inputs you provide, you alone are responsible for ensuring that such processing complies with applicable law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Mindivo at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
